With your Bat Club USA membership, you can switch your bat through your Bat Club USA account. Follow the steps below.
Pro Membership Switches:
- Log into your batclubusa.com account (Click here to login).
- Find the bat you would like to switch to
- Click on the drop down menu under "Swap for subscription"
- Select the size and membership option you would like
- Add the item to the cart.
- Complete the checkout process - You will be billed for the switch fee (after 30 day demo period) and the first month of the new item at checkout.
- We will send you a return label via email, ONLY USE A LABEL PROVIDED BY BAT CLUB USA. Once the original item is returned, we will ship the new item.
- If you want to have the new item shipped before the old item is returned, then a second membership fee will be charged. The membership fee will be refunded once the old item is received.
- If you have already made a payment within the billing cycle, that payment will be refunded if your current item is returned before your next monthly payment.
- If you have not made your scheduled monthly payment, your current bat must be returned before your payment date to avoid your monthly subscription charges. Monthly charges for the old item can be refunded if the item is returned before the next payment.
All-Star Membership Switches:
- Log into your batclubusa.com account (Click here to login).
- Find the bat you would like to switch to
- Click on the drop down menu under "Swap for subscription"
- Select the size and membership option you would like
- Add the item to the cart.
- Complete the checkout process - You will be billed for the switch fee (if outside of demo period) and the first month of the new item at checkout. The last month's payment will be charged prior to your item shipping.
- If you have already made a payment within the billing cycle, that payment will be refunded if your current item is returned before your next monthly payment.
- If you have not made your scheduled monthly payment, your current bat must be returned before your payment date to avoid your monthly subscription charges. Monthly charges for the old item can be refunded if the item is returned before the next payment.
- We will include a return label in the box with your new item ONLY USE A LABEL PROVIDED BY BAT CLUB USA. Once the original item is received, we will shut off the subscription and refund any applicable payments. If the item is not returned the subscription will continue to charge and any extra payments due to a delay in return from the member will not be refunded.
HOF Membership Switches:
- Send an email letting us know you would like to switch your bat to membersupport@batclubusa.com
- We will add a credit for the retail price of your bat and send you a return label via email.
- Place your new order as a full purchase (DO NOT PLACE IT AS ANOTHER HOF12) using the site credit provided (if the new bat is more expensive than the original, you will have to pay the difference).
- Return the original bat using the label we provided DO NOT USE YOUR OWN LABEL.
- Once we receive the original bat back, we will ship the new bat out to you. We will not ship the new bat until the old bat is received.
- Please note that once the original bat is switched, the money back guarantee is voided and the membership fee will not be added to the site credit.
- Bats on the HOF membership can only be switched inside the first 9 months and no more than 3 switches can be made on one HOF membership.
