Members have multiple options when their bat breaks.
Option 1
Members can switch their broken bats by completing the switch process just as they would if they are switching for any other reason. Switch information
Option 2
Members that do not want to go through the switch process can process the warranty claim through the manufacturer. The member's monthly payment will continue while they wait for the warranty bat.
Option 3
Members can purchase the bat outright and process the claim through the manufacturer.
Option 4
Members can return the item. If the membership started before 10/27/2021 there will be an Early Termination Fee of $20 per month remaining on the term. If they membership started on or after 10/27/2021, the bat can be returned with no additional fees.
